The technology center possesses a team of about 200 technical innovation talents, among whom 60 % own senior or intermediate technical qualifications with 12 PhD holders and 50 Master Degree holders. The Center has also recruited a group of excellent specialists returning from overseas. In addition more than 20 well-known scholars from both home and abroad are engaged by the Center as the experts to serve in the Academic Committee.
