Mr. Zunhong Ke, certified pharmacist and senior engineer, is currently chairman of the board and president of Chengdu Konghong Pharmaceutical Group Company, Ltd. Having obtained 17 domestic and international invention patents and published over 20 research papers, Mr. Ke has been awarded twice for the excellent research papers in Sichuan Province, 1 second and 1 third prize of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Advancement Award, and a second prize of Chengdu City Science and Technology Advancement Award. In recent years he has hosted 5 national-level torch projects for research and 2 national-level prioritized new products. In 2004, Mr. Ke was awarded the honorary title of ‘the Excellent Expert with Outstanding Achievement of Chengdu City. In 2005, he was awarded the honorary title of ‘the Excellent Expert with Outstanding Achievement of Sichuan Province. In 2006, Mr. Ke was the only recipient to obtain ‘the Award for the Outstanding Contribution to Science and Technology Advancement of Chengdu City.

YU Dechao, doctor of molecular genetics, graduated from Chinese Academy of Science in 1993. And in the same year, he went abroad to UCSF and engaged in the study as a post-doctoral. He once was the Vice President of American Calydon Biopharmaceutical Co., in charge of the research & development of new drugs, and then the Chief Scientist of American Cell Genesys Biopharmaceutical Co., and next the senior Vice President of American Applied Genetics Biopharmaceutical Co. Now he is the Administrative Vice Director of the Technology Center of Kanghong Pharmaceuticals Group, Director and General Manager of Kanghong Biological Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Director and General Manager of Kanghong Sagent (Chengdu) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (Sino-US joint venture) and Concurrent Professor of Zhejiang University. 

Doc. Yu is one of the main founders of cancer virotherapy who utilize the genetic engineering method to develop anti-cancer drugs in the world. He is the inventor of more than 30 US patents, which include the core patents (US6, 432,700 and US6, 900,049) universally recognized in this field. At the same time, he has published more than 40 papers and monographs on the domestic and overseas periodicals. He is also the reviewer of six international top-grade biomedical magazines, and is frequently invited to give academic reports all over the world.

Doc. Yu has experienced the whole progress from the research & development and clinical research to commercial production, senior management closely related with the research & development in American Bio pharmaceutical Co. He has good experiences in communicating with American FDA.
